1. Acceptance of Terms

•By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or place an order.
•We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

•You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from MgBotanic.
•By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older and that purchasing this product is legal in your jurisdiction.
•We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

•All products are sold strictly for Research, Novelty, and Collection Purposes only. NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.
•Product descriptions and lab results are provided for informational purposes only. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
•Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
•Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

•Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and verified. We will not ship an order without confirmed payment.
•Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, Chime, Bitcoin, and PayPal invoicing. All methods are peer-to-peer; please follow payment instructions carefully.
•Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price at time of order placement is the price you pay.
•We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full.

•We ship only to states and localities where our products are legal. It is your responsibility to verify legality in your jurisdiction before ordering.
•Orders placed to restricted states or counties are non-refundable. See our Shipping Info page for the current restricted areas list.
•Shipping times are estimates only. MgBotanic is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
•Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

•Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or there is a fulfillment error on our part.
•If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
•We do not accept returns of opened products.
•Refunds, when approved, are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase and may take 3–5 business days.

•You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws.
•You may not resell our products without our express written consent.
•You may not use our website to transmit spam, malware, or any other harmful content.
•Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed vigorously. We maintain full records of all orders and communications.

•MgBotanic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
•Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
•We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding our products beyond what is stated on the product page.

•You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MgBotanic, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products, violation of these terms, or violation of any applicable law.

•These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
•Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
