Refund & Returns Policy
All Sales Are Final
At MgBotanic, we aim to provide clear product information and dependable service. Because our items include sealed botanical research materials and specialty botanical preparations, all sales are considered final once an order has been submitted.
Non-Returnable Items
- — Opened or unsealed items
- — Damaged or broken items — submit a claim (see below)
- — Botanical research materials
- — Perishable items
- — Products exposed to heat, tampering, or improper storage
Order Concerns & Claims
You must video the opening of your package in case of damage or error. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a video of the packaging and contents, and a brief description. Claims submitted without video documentation may not be eligible.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before entering fulfillment. Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. Contact us immediately after placing your order.
Chargebacks
If you experience a problem with your order, please reach out to us directly before involving your payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly.

Shipping Restrictions
This product is not available for shipment to: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Wisconsin; or the following counties: Sarasota County (FL), San Diego (CA), Oceanside (CA), Alton (IL), Jerseyville (IL), Edwardsville County (IL), Columbus (MS), Union County (MS) & Louisiana.
It is the customer's responsibility to know their local laws. Orders to banned states will not be refunded.
