All Sales Are Final
At MgBotanic, we aim to provide clear product information and dependable service. Because our items include sealed botanical materials and specialty alkaloid preparations, all sales are considered final once an order has been submitted. We do not offer returns under normal circumstances β see the exceptions below.
Non-Returnable Items
- βOpened or unsealed items
- βDamaged or broken items β these must be submitted as a claim (see below)
- βBotanical or alkaloid materials
- βPerishable items
- βProducts exposed to heat, tampering, or improper storage
Order Concerns & Claims
You must video the opening of your package in case any of the following occur: If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a video of the packaging and contents, and a brief description of the issue. Claims submitted without video documentation may not be eligible for resolution.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before entering fulfillment. Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately after placing your order.
Chargebacks
If you experience a problem with your order, please reach out to us directly before involving your payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and we're always happy to make things right when something goes wrong on our end.
