Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.
Carriers & Costs
We ship via UPS and USPS. Shipping cost is calculated in real time directly from the carrier based on your location and package weight. Multiple speed options are available at checkout.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by UPS or USPS at checkout. Once shipped, delivery updates are managed by the carrier. MgBotanic is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
No Refund / No Exchange
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Lost Package Policy
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow up to 7 days for tracking to update. After that window, contact us and we will review the tracking details. If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement.
Lost Package Form Required
A signed Lost Package Form is mandatory to receive a replacement. We will send you the form once you reach out.
