Same-Day Shipping
All orders must be placed before 4:00 PM EST to qualify for same-day shipping. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day.
Shipping Carriers & Costs
We ship via UPS and USPS. Shipping cost is calculated in real time directly from the carrier based on your location and package weight.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by UPS or USPS at checkout. Once shipped, delivery updates are managed by the carrier. MgBotanic is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
No Refund / No Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Lost Package Policy
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow up to 7 days for tracking to update. After that window, contact us and we will review the tracking details. If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement.
