- —We do not collect payment information directly. Payments are made via third-party services (Zelle, Chime, Bitcoin) and we have no access to your account credentials or financial data.
- —When you visit our website, standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is anonymous and used only for site performance and security.
02 — How We Use Your Information
- —Order fulfillment — your name, address, and contact details are used to process and ship your order and send you tracking information.
- —Customer support — your email or phone may be used to contact you about your order if a question arises.
- —With your consent, we may send promotional emails about new products or discounts. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email with 'unsubscribe'.
- —We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.
03 — Data Storage & Security
- —Order data is stored securely in our database (Supabase) with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.
- —Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
- —We retain order records for a minimum of 2 years for business and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
04 — Cookies
- —Our website uses minimal cookies — primarily for session management (age verification) and site analytics (Vercel Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and does not use personal identifiers).
- —We do not use advertising cookies or share cookie data with third parties.
- —You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some site features (like the age gate) may not function correctly without cookies enabled.
05 — Third-Party Services
- —Shipping address autocomplete uses the OpenStreetMap Nominatim API. Addresses you type into the address field are sent to this service to return suggestions. No personal data is stored by this service.
- —Email confirmations are sent via Resend. Your email address and order details are transmitted to Resend for this purpose.
- —Site analytics are provided by Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies or track individual users.
06 — Your Rights (CCPA / Privacy)
- —You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- —You have the right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- —You have the right to opt out of any marketing communications at any time.

07 — Children's Privacy
- —Our products are for adults 21 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

- —We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date below. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
